We've received notification that some of our Dallas customers were experencing packet loss and increased latency due to our datacenter in Dallas, TX having routing issues with thier BGP Network.

Initial investigation shows it be related to a large number of BGP updates causing 100% CPU, thereby causing routing issues, including packet loss, increased latrency and connectivity loss. Engineers are working towards a resolution and should have more information as soon as possible.

[RESOLVED] All Routers have recovered from the high CPU usage, and we are confident that all issues regarding the increased latency to our servers in Dallas have been corrected.
