Error Code 11004

11004 - Connection Failed (11004: 500 No Data (winsock error #11004))

  • Check your cables or that you have a connection to the internet

Check to make sure you have entered your server IP# or domain name correctly.

If you are using the DNS address (i.e. cp1.digistream.info), and you have verified that you have typed the information correctly into the sdpace provided, try using the IP# to that server. Your SHOUTcast provider should be able to provide you with this number. On some occasions, your ISP's DNS server may have trouble resolving the DNS address.

If these checks do not work for you, try rebooting your modem, router and computer.  If you continue to have trouble, contact your SHOUTcast Host provider for more help.
