Why Does My Stream Sound Like Chipmunks After The Intro File is Played

As mentioned in anotehr article from thei knowledgebase, if you are using an Intro file before your stream starts, you MUST follow a couple of rules.

  1. Intro files will NOT work with AAC or AAC+. So make sure the file is not setup that way
  2. The intro file MUST have the SAME exact settings (i.e. bit rate, sample rate, number of channels).  If not, your stream will either skip, buffer or sound like chipmunks.
  3. Intro files will not work with some Flash Pop-up players.
