How do I upload files via FTP?

First, you'll need an FTP client (software). We recommend filezilla, but any FTP client will work.

In order to upload via FTP, you must obtain some details to enter into your FTP software.  To get those details, please follow these instructions:

  1. Login to your Media Control Panel
  2. Click on Quick Links
  3. Look for FTP Client Connections (towards bottom)

You will find the following information:

FTP Host:
FTP Username:
FTP Password: (the password will not be shown here, instead refer to the streaming details sent to you in a separate email)

Your FTP client will ask you to enter a port number. this IS NOT your streamign port number. Please enter 21 for this port number.
