VirtualDJ Server, Port, or Password Is Wrong
VirtualDJ needs the connection information supplied for your radio server. A single incorrect field can prevent the connection or cause authentication to fail.

| Protocol | ShoutCast when connecting to a SHOUTcast server. |
| Server | Your digiSTREAM server hostname or IP address. |
| Port | Your assigned SHOUTcast streaming port. |
| Password | The streaming/source password required by your station. |
| Session Name | Your station or show name, if desired/required. |
| Genre | Your station or program genre. |
Never guess the port. Your SHOUTcast port identifies the stream service you are connecting to.
If you are unsure which password applies, use the credentials supplied with your digiSTREAM station configuration rather than a website login password.
